YEARLY WORK

Here is a list of typical annual maintenance for an average home.  We will send reminders for some services throughout the year.  Please call if you are interested in any of these services, or if you have questions.

Jan.                            Lime application- (To correct Ph levels)

Mid to Late Feb.           Nitrogen application - (Promotes early season greening)

Feb. & March                Pine Needles- (Prices are per bale)

                                 Mulch- (Prices are per square yard)

March                         Pruning- (Prices are per hour)

Early April                   1^st Fertilizer application- (Crabgrass prevention)

March-October             Mowing, Trimming, Edging and Blowing  

Mid May                      2^nd Fertilizer application- (Crabgrass prevention)

Late June                    Late season Crab grass pre-emerge application

July                            Pruning- (Prices are per hour)

Sept.                          Aerate, Seed and Fertilize (cost according to yard size) 

                                    We use a Premium Transition Blend Fescue Seed

Oct. - Dec.                  Leaf Removal- (Prices are per hour)

Dec.                           Winter Fertilizer   

 Spray for weeds twice annually (Spring & Summer)

                    (For LAWN with Selective Herbicide)

Fungicide & Insecticide for LAWN disease           

                                         {Price depends on nature and/or degree of disease}

                     (Brown Patch, Grub Worms, etc…)       

Herbicide for beds Price based on program (can be done monthly from April-September)
